In almost all cases, the band is away from home for a substantial period of time (including travelling, set-up, performing, & de-rigging) and it is therefore customary to feed the entertainers. A hot meal is preferable, however this is sometimes not possible, so buffet is acceptable. This way we can dedicate our time to making your evening perfect.
